EVERYONE
DESERVES TO
SUCCEED!
Big-Up is a mobile application available on Play Store and Apple Store, created by a start-up that brings together a number of engineers from different backgrounds (American, African and Indian) as part of a skills selection programme via its digital platform for Côte d'Ivoire and certain countries in the sub-region.
The aim of this project is to create an ecosystem of skills and excellence in all sectors of activity, and to enable young Africans to become autonomous, competitive and focused on development.
Through healthy emulation, we want to give everyone the chance to take their revenge on life, because there are many causes of failure, abandonment and insecurity. However, we believe that everyone has the right to happiness because, EVERYONE DESERVES TO SUCCEED !
Any smartphone, tablet or computer user with a burning desire to succeed is invited to take part in the Big-Up selection test. The originality of this 'mobile application' lies in the fact that it does not automatically favour students who distinguish themselves solely by their school marks, diplomas or rank, although these achievements are worthy of recognition and encouragement.
Big-Up allows anyone to take part, as long as they have the following natural aptitudes: logic, quick reasoning, a quick mind, a good memory and a knowledge of general culture.
In this programme, each participant is invited to flourish in a fun, challenging environment that encourages excellence, while answering a selection of redesigned questions for a qualifying vocational training programme enabling them to perfect their skills internationally in the best trade and training centres in France, China and India in several sectors of activity.
Big-Up is open to anyone aged 18 and over who is curious and open to general culture, but above all has a burning desire to succeed in life.
Our commitment transcends the traditional boundaries of academic training. We see ourselves as architects of a professional transformation based on the search for competencies, creating an ecosystem that fosters fulfilment and constant evolution among the nations that have developed in this area.
In a context where equitable access to quality training is a challenge, we want to work towards creating an environment without major restrictions that encourages lifelong learning. Our aim is to remove the barriers that prevent access to retraining and skills development. The caring that characterises our approach is matched by an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Our commitment is reflected in our relentless pursuit of excellence, which pushes us to go beyond conventional educational standards. Our determination to encourage users to opt for outstanding, quality training via Big-Up is a tangible reality.
This commitment does not remain a dead letter: it is reflected in every programme we offer, every support we provide and every professional transformation we inspire.
Social
African youth as a whole has considerable potential. We therefore felt it necessary to start by creating a profile of entrepreneurs and micro-industrialists in several sectors of activity. In this way, we will pave the way for a massive awareness campaign among young people to help them realise the potential of our continent, while reducing unemployment and the exodus of promising young people to what are very often bleak realities.
Economic
This programme will be a major lever for each country where we operate. By training micro-industrialists and entrepreneurs in every sector, no matter how small, we will create an elite of young operators capable of promoting the continent through their talents and also raising the economic level of their respective countries. We will support the graduates who have developed profitable projects at the end of their training.
